High-Volume Warehouse Management

Mavrogenis Pharmaceuticals needed a mission-critical warehouse management system across two distribution centres — handling up to 1,200 daily pharmaceutical deliveries with full LOT and serial traceability, integrated directly into their Entersoft ERP. We built a WinForms application guiding warehouse staff through picking, packing, and dispatch across 10 concurrent stations. Order documents are pulled automatically from Entersoft ERP, each item is validated at scan time, and labels, vouchers, and regulatory reports are generated without manual intervention.
