Mercedes-Benz Hellas — Unified SSO Integration

Mercedes-Benz Hellas needed to move several business applications from separate authentication systems to a unified SSO solution connected to Mercedes-Benz Europe's central Active Directory. The project involved multiple vendors and technical teams, with strict requirements around continuity and access. We led the project on behalf of Mercedes-Benz Hellas as technical project manager and subject-matter expert. We defined the OpenID Connect architecture, coordinated Mercedes-Benz Europe's infrastructure team and third-party application vendors, and provided hands-on technical guidance through implementation.
