Mercedes Benz Hellas — Unified SSO Integration

Mercedes-Benz Hellas needed to migrate several business applications from standalone authentication systems to a unified SSO solution connected to the centralised Mercedes Europe Active Directory — across multiple vendors and technical teams, with zero tolerance for downtime. We led the project on behalf of Mercedes-Benz Hellas — acting as both technical project manager and subject matter expert. We defined the OpenID Connect integration architecture, coordinated all parties including Mercedes Europe's infrastructure team and third-party application vendors, and provided hands-on technical guidance throughout until all systems were successfully onboarded.
