Sales Performance Tracking

Mavrogenis Pharmaceuticals had more than 100 sales representatives across multiple departments. Each department reported on its own, and getting a single view of sales performance meant combining those reports by hand. We built a WinForms application that brings every department's figures into one place. Managers see their own department's results as they are entered, while senior management sees the whole organisation. Multi-year comparisons show how performance changes over time. The application has been in use since 2023 and continues to evolve as reporting needs change. It is now a core tool for monitoring sales performance.
