Sales Performance Tracking
Mavrogenis Pharmaceuticals had no centralised way to monitor performance across a 100+ person sales force spread over multiple departments — reporting was fragmented, historical comparisons were impossible, and role-based access was not enforced. We built a WinForms application giving management and team leads real-time visibility into sales activity across all departments, with role-based access control and multi-year historical comparisons built in. Live since 2023, the platform has grown continuously as new reporting needs have emerged — it is now a core operational tool.
