Zoetis — Delivery Certificate Automation

Zoetis Greece was required to file a regulatory certificate for every product code and LOT number in incoming animal health shipments — a process handled entirely by hand, creating administrative overhead and compliance risk as volumes grew. A lightweight WinForms application that automates the certificate generation process end to end. Staff input or import shipment data and the application produces all required regulatory documents per product code and LOT — correctly formatted and ready for authority submission.
